Deputy Prime Minister of Australia opens AIM's Advanced Manufacturing and Export Facility

The Hon Richard Marles MP, Deputy Prime Minister of Australia and Minister for Defence, has officially opened AIM Defence’s brand-new advanced manufacturing and export facility.

AIM Defence has expanded into a new 4000sqm state-of-the-art facility to support the manufacture and export of AIM’s Fractl Counter Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) laser. The new facility will house a skilled team of researchers, scientists, and engineers from a range of disciplines and will support the ramp up in production of Fractl units domestically, cementing Australia’s place as a global leader in the development of tactical directed energy systems.
